因為疫情的緣故,睽違三年終於再度造訪澳門,這個疫情前我幾乎每年
都要去上一次的地方。因為在這段期間全世界國與國之間幾乎是斷絕所
有民間觀光交流行程,所以三年後再度回到這邊,發現澳門也是有在建
設,就像這次終於在看了多年之後,正式搭上澳門捷運列車體驗。
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I finally visited Macau again after a three-year
absence. Before the outbreak, I used to go there almost every year. During this
period, almost all international tourism exchanges were suspended between countries,
so when I returned three years later, I found that Macau was also under construction.
After years of anticipation, I finally took the Macau Light Rapid Transit train for the
first time.

澳門的腹地小,加上可能運量評估之後採用LRRT的系統,專業解釋叫做
"輕軌捷運系統",因為他有專用路權。其實輕軌的輕是指運量,不是鐵軌
比較小條,不要搞錯喔~總的來說,他跟現在新北市環線那一套比較類似。
Macau's territory is small, and after assessing the transportation demand, the
LRRT system was chosen, which stands for Light Rail Rapid Transit. This system
has dedicated rights-of-way. In fact, the term "light" in light rail refers to its
capacity, not the size of the rails. Overall, it is similar to the Circular Line system
in New Taipei City."

我們這次下榻的酒店是上葡京,其實離酒店不遠處就是澳門輕軌的東亞運
站,站邊其實就是MGM酒店,如果要入住也是從機場搭到東亞運站,過
馬路就到囉~
The hotel we're staying at this time is the Grand Lisboa, which is actually not far
from the East Asian Games station of the Macau Light Rail. Next to the station is
the MGM hotel, and if you want to stay there, you can take a ride from the airport
to the East Asian Games station, and just cross the road to get there.

目前首期通車的站點是海洋到氹仔碼頭共11個站,如果大家來澳門是住
在路氹城這邊不過海,那現在到酒店會快到讓你感覺有點不現實。費率
來說3站內都是MOP 6,4~6站MOP 8,7~10站MOP 10。
The currently operational phase includes 11 stations from Hac Sa Wan to Taipa
Ferry Terminal. If you are staying on the Cotai side and need to travel to your
hotel, the journey is now so quick that it may feel unreal. The fares are MOP 6
for trips within 3 stations, MOP 8 for trips between 4 to 6 stations, and MOP 10
for trips between 7 to 10 stations.
這邊要提醒大家一點很重要,雖然人民幣、港幣在一般澳門市面上都能
流通,但是如果要搭輕軌,不論是要投幣買票,或是到服務台現金交易,
港幣、人民幣一律不收,所以到澳門還是先記得到換錢的地方先換一點澳
門幣備用比較保險。
當然剛剛講的是一般售價,其他還有許多優惠專案可以自行參考。
It is important to note that although Chinese yuan and Hong Kong dollars are widely accepted in Macau, they are not accepted for purchasing Light Rail tickets or at service counters. Therefore, it is recommended to exchange some Macau currency beforehand
for a more secure experience. Of course, the prices mentioned earlier are regular prices
and there are many promotional offers available as well, which can be referred to independently.

澳門輕軌採高架A級專用路權設計,相信住在台灣北、中、南三大都會區
有捷運經過的人,應該都知道高架化捷運是什麼東西。整個場站給我的感
覺跟高雄捷運北高雄到橋頭那段高架很像。
The Macau Light Rail adopts an elevated A-grade exclusive road design. I believe
that those who live in the three major metropolitan areas of Taiwan, where there
are MRT lines passing through, should know what elevated MRT is. The overall
station gives me a feeling similar to the elevated section from North Kaohsiung to
Qiaotou of the Kaohsiung MRT.

輕軌列車採輪式系統運行,所以軌道上不會看到火車走的鐵軌,一般來說
高運量的城市捷運系統才會採用鐵軌來運行列車。像我們台北的文湖線當
初規劃是中運量捷運系統,所以才會採用輪式,雖然現在事實證明當初的
運量是低估的,但一切都來不及囉~~~
Light rail trains operate on a wheel-based system, so you won't see train tracks on
the rails. Generally, high-capacity urban rail systems use train tracks to operate trains.
When Taipei's Wenhu Line was initially planned, it was designed as a medium-capacity metro system, which is why a wheel-based system was used. Although it has been
proven that the initial capacity was underestimated, it is too late to change it now.

自動駕駛無司機員控制,但跟台中捷運一樣每班次的頭車,都會配置一位
隨車人員,以確保乘客上下車間的安全,還有應付列車運行中的突發狀況。
但我覺得隨著系統的使用頻率跟成熟度,這個配置以後應該就會取消。
Each train car is independent, and passengers are unable to freely move between
cars while the train is in motion. The train is controlled by an automated system
without a driver, but similar to the Taichung Metro, each train will have a staff member
on board for every trip to ensure passenger safety during boarding and disembarking,
as well as to handle unexpected situations during the train's operation. However,
I believe that this arrangement will be eliminated as the system becomes more mature
and the frequency of its use increases.
