而且浪費時間。其實早是的傳統市場如建國跟第二市場都有賣,價格其實
跟魚市場不相上下。再來黃昏市場也幾乎都有,不過行情較為混亂,目前
切到後來以北平黃昏市場的攤家最實惠。再錯過時間,那就可以考慮超市
或海鮮專賣店,其實阿裕壽司的生魚片也挺可以買。

If you miss those times, you can consider supermarkets or seafood specialty stores. Actually, the sashimi at Ayu Sushi is also a good option.

今天要介紹給大家是我們台中很有名的阿布潘水產,姑且先不說有沒有
特價,他們生魚片的本來就很實惠,之前買到黑鮪魚皮油一份7切厚片也
才300多元而已。這次買到的五品原價350原其實已經挺划算,因為去的
時候即將打烊,所以最後以原價79折出清價277元順利帶回家。除了干貝
只有一顆,其他四品都是三切總共5品13切277元你去哪找啊?
Today I'd like to introduce you to Abu Pan Seafood, a very well-known seafood vendor in Taichung. Setting aside any special deals, their sashimi is already quite reasonably priced. I once bought a portion of blackfin tuna skin oil, seven thick slices, for just over NT$300. This time, I purchased their five-item selection for an original price of NT$350, which was already a good deal. Since I went near closing time, I managed to snag it at a 21% discount, bringing the final price to NT$277. With the exception of a single scallop, the other four items each had three slices, making a total of five items and thirteen slices for NT$277. Where else can you find that?

日本鰤魚又名青魽,尤其在寒冷的冬季,以其豐富的油脂和細膩的肉質,
成為生魚片愛好者的頂級享受,然而在溫暖的夏季,為了食品安全,建議
避免生食,以防寄生蟲的風險。大家看這生魚片切面,紅白相間的色澤鮮

Known as Japanese amberjack, or "hamachi," especially during the cold winter months, it is a top choice for sashimi lovers due to its rich fat content and delicate texture. However, during the warmer summer months, it is recommended to avoid eating it raw for food safety reasons, to prevent the risk of parasites. Look at the cross-section of this sashimi—the vibrant red and white hues are enticing, and the delicate texture and natural sheen indicate its freshness and high quality. The moderately thick and evenly cut slices, paired with fresh shredded radish and perilla leaves, allow you to savor the rich, oily, and sweet taste of the amberjack in every bite.

海鱺又稱軍曹魚,以其 肉質緊實、口感Q彈 而著稱,相較於油脂豐厚的
鰤魚,海鱺的 油脂分佈較為均勻,呈現出清爽不膩的口感。生魚片 色澤
呈現淡雅的乳白色,邊緣帶有淡淡的粉色, 肉質紋理清晰可見,顯示出

滿滿的鮮甜。還好我是自己獨享,所以都不用擔心跟人家搶~
This last scallop can be considered either a garnish or an added bonus. It's of sashimi-grade quality, bursting with sweetness upon entering the mouth. Thankfully, I'm enjoying it all to myself, so there's no need to worry about sharing!

的裕毛屋有時候也可以撿到便宜。冰箱不說大家不知道,裕毛屋的生魚片
算起來竟然比大潤發便宜,你相信嗎?
In addition to the locations mentioned, you can sometimes find good deals on sashimi at LOPIA supermarket in Mitsui LALAPORT Taichung or even at Yu Mao Wu on Gongyi Road. Believe it or not, Yu Mao Wu's sashimi is actually cheaper than that at RT-Mart!
