均伙庫冬瓜爌肉飯座落於台東市區的正氣路上,店面雖不起眼,每到用
餐時段,總是擠滿了來用餐的饕客。店內裝潢簡樸,散發著濃濃的古早味。
Jun Huo Ku Wax Gourd Braised Pork Rice is located on Zhengqi Road in Taitung City. 1 Although the storefront is inconspicuous, it is always crowded with diners during meal times. The interior decoration of the store is simple and exudes a strong old-fashioned flavor.

這是店門口大鍋裡的爌肉,選用的是三層肉,琥珀色澤看起來很棒!
This is the pot of braised pork belly at the restaurant's entrance. They use three-layered pork belly, and it looks amazing with that amber color!

用餐區不大,尖峰時間可能要排隊稍候一下才有位置。
The dining area isn't very big, so there might be a wait for a table during peak hours.

餐點以豬肉類為主,另外也提供滷虱目魚肚,都是滿經典的小吃。
The menu focuses on pork-based dishes, but they also offer braised milkfish belly, another classic Taiwanese snack.

沒有戰力三人組的午餐,這樣子三個人竟然吃不完,真的戰力有夠弱!
不過戰力弱是一回事,店家餐點給的份量真的也挺多的~
Lunch for three with low appetites – surprisingly, they couldn't finish it! Their appetites were weak, but to be fair, the restaurant portions were incredibly generous.

均伙庫的冬瓜爌肉(55元)選用肥瘦相間的五花肉,經過獨門醬汁滷製,
呈現出誘人的琥珀色澤,搭配鹹甜交織的醬冬瓜,味道鹹甜適中,肥而
不膩,入口即化,每一口都讓人回味無窮。
Jun Huo Ku's signature Wax Gourd Braised Pork Belly (NT$55) features pork belly with a perfect balance of lean and fat, slow-cooked in a unique marinade. The result is a glistening, amber-colored masterpiece. The sweet and savory pickled wax gourd complements the richness of the pork, creating a dish that's both flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Each bite is an unforgettable experience.

豬腳半中半蹄(單點70元)選用的是肥瘦適中的豬前蹄,經過多道繁複的
工序,才能成就那令人難忘的口感。首先,將豬腳汆燙去腥,再用特製
的滷汁慢火燉煮數小時,直到豬腳完全入味,呈現出誘人的琥珀色澤。
Pork knuckle half-middle and half-trotter (single order NT$70) are made with moderately fatty and lean front trotters, and it takes many complicated procedures to achieve that unforgettable taste. First, the pork knuckle are blanched to remove the fishy smell, and then slowly stewed in a special marinade for several hours until the pork knuckle are fully flavored, presenting an alluring amber color.

皮Q彈牙,肉質軟嫩,入口即化,每一口都充滿了膠質的香氣,讓人忍
不住一口接一口。搭配店家特製的醬料,更是美味加倍。半中半蹄的搭
配,一次滿足所有口感。
The skin is delightfully chewy, while the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. Each bite is packed with the rich flavor of collagen, making it utterly irresistible. The house-made dipping sauce elevates the taste even further. The half-and-half combination offers a satisfying variety of textures in one dish.

滷排(55元)選用的是帶骨的豬里肌,經過長時間的滷製,使其完全入味,
呈現出誘人的琥珀色澤。滷汁的味道濃郁,鹹甜適中,滲透到排骨的每一
絲拌紋理,讓人忍不住一口接一口,肉質軟嫩,入口即化。
The braised ribs (NT$55) feature tender, boneless pork loin. It's been slow-cooked to perfection, allowing the savory-sweet sauce to fully penetrate the meat. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth experience with a rich, amber hue.

這是便當配置有四種配菜,加上主菜不管是爌肉、豬腳或是滷排骨,
份量都挺驚人的。根據季節和當天食材的狀況,提供不同的配菜,讓
顧客每次來都有不同的驚喜。主菜配飯+10元、便當+40元。
This bento box configuration includes four side dishes, plus the main course, whether it's braised pork belly, pig's feet, or braised pork ribs, the portions are quite impressive.
