宏香火雞肉飯(原宏佳)是台中市區少數24H營業的火雞肉飯，地點就位於西屯
朝馬這邊，24H都能吃到熱湯熱飯算是相當的便利。
Hong Xiang Turkey Rice (formerly Hong Jia) is one of the few 24-hour turkey rice restaurants in Taichung City. It's located in the Chaoma area of Xitun, making it very convenient to have hot soup and rice at any time.
用餐環境相當寬敞，因為子夜時分去，所以現場客人不多，不過大多是陸陸
續續前來用餐~

精武門續集的狀況，甚至好多次都上了新聞。無奈的老闆，只好製作這張公告
貼在店裡的牆上，提醒大家來這邊好好吃飯就好!
Because it's located near well-known drinking and entertainment venues in Taichung, it's not uncommon for different groups of customers here to stage a sequel to "Fist of Fury," and it has even made the news several times. 這是改名前的價目表，剛剛有對了一下新的發現價格都差不多，大家參考。
坦白說他們的價位跟一般火雞肉飯店比較起來略偏高，但因為是24H營業所以
感覺買個方便也還過得去。
This is the price list before the name change. I just checked the new one and found that the prices are about the same, so please use this as a reference. To be honest, their prices are slightly higher compared to regular turkey rice restaurants, but considering they are open 24 hours, it feels acceptable for the convenience.
筍絲(35元) 非常安全牌的小菜，這東西要煮到不好吃才需要特殊技能。
Bamboo shoots (NT$35) are a very safe side dish. It takes special skill to make this taste bad.
火雞肉飯(50元)沒有分大小碗，份量上應該是別人的小碗，正常食量的人可能
要吃兩碗左右才會飽。滷蛋是加點的，一顆15元。
The turkey rice (NT$50) doesn't come in different sizes. The portion is probably equivalent to a small bowl at other places. Someone with a normal appetite might need about two bowls to feel full. The braised egg was an extra order, costing NT$15.
雖然價格比別人貴上一點，但會讓我想到就去吃的真的是這個店裡獨家的招牌
蔥油醬。味道有點像港式燒臘的油蔥醬，加在火雞肉飯上超好吃的。
Although the price is a bit higher than others, the thing that makes me want to go there is this restaurant's unique signature scallion oil sauce. It tastes a bit like the scallion oil sauce from Hong Kong-style roast meat, and it's incredibly delicious on turkey rice.
粉腸湯一碗50元，表現中規中矩，粉腸處理得很乾淨~
A bowl of small intestine soup costs NT$50, and it's decent. The small intestines are cleaned very well.
